A coach usually works on you: your thinking, goals, confidence and discipline. A consultant usually works on the business: its processes, structure and systems. Many owners benefit from both. We’re mostly the second, with leadership development for you and your managers.
Guides on the Indian market quote roughly ₹5,000 to ₹25,000 per session and ₹20,000 to ₹2 lakh a month for one-to-one coaching. Group programmes vary widely. Our plans are ₹9,999 to ₹49,999 a month, and they include work on your business, not only with you.
Our main work is inside your business, with your team. We also run training programmes and working sessions, but we’re not a seminar company, and that’s a deliberate choice.
