No. We’re a private firm. The Ministry of MSME and Kerala’s District Industries Centres run their own MSME training programs, and some are subsidised, so they’re worth checking too. Ours is designed around your own business, at your premises.
That’s normal. We run short sessions in small groups, before opening or during quiet hours, and split people so the shop keeps running.
Common ones are customer handling, basic selling, supervision, teamwork, following SOPs, and basic reporting. We’ll suggest what’s useful after we’ve seen your business.
If you have about five staff or more, there’s usually something to gain. Below that, it may be better to start with a free audit and a couple of SOPs.
